 1.       Slaughter with cattle purchase
For cattle, pigs and lambs.  The purchase account with the farmers is made by very variable and multi-level account masks.

1.1.     Sections labeling for big cattle
The cattle sections are signed with appropriate labels and bar codes for animal information and possible purchase articles. 

1.2.      Indicating / recognition of hooks and animals
By using different systems (bar codes, transponders), the hooks or animal sections can be indicated. This indication leads to an automatic recognition of the section rsp. the animal at the dispatch scale. This is the base for an animal-exact recalculation.

2.         Dismantling and labeling
We offer for example:
In the dismantling section, parts from different abattoirs may be scanned. Every new section gets a label containing information to the slaughtered animal (e.g. abattoir, ear label, slaughter number, last farmer with name and address).

3.         Certificates of origin
- complete pursuit from the meat section in the shop to the animal -
 

4.         Production planning
The needed quantities of production are determined by last rates of selling (e.g. fluctuations to holidays), empirical values and actual orders.

5.         Production calculations
The substance prices and production costs flow into the production calculations.
 

6.         Order processing for additional material  buying (purchase)

6.1.        Standard order processing with extensive master data administration, ordering and order entry, goods received note.

6.2.        Commiting of the incoming goods data by interface to the financial accounting.

7.         Order processing for selling (sales)

7.1.        Standard order processing with extensive master data administration, ordering and order entry, delivery note and account print,extensive statistics. 

7.2.        Dispatch weighing (abattoir)
The automate dispatch weighing by indication of the slaughter numbers and a sales-articles-assignment provides the possibility of an animal-exact recalculation (compare slaughter).

7.3.        Dispatch weighing (dismantling company/department)
By scanning the labels which are drawed up in the dismantling company/department need not follow a weighing, instead, the weight of the produced article is taken over in the client order.
 

8.       Data communication
We create and assimilate data records from clients and suppliers in all actual formats. Indiviual agreements are realized fast and simple.
